Shift Availability: Full Time - Mid-Day/PM Shift Part Time - Weekends only - every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Day Shift.' Job Responsibilities: Perform excellent customer service to help our residents THRIVE! Assist with personal cares and activities of daily living. Transportation to meals and activities. Documentation of Daily Care. 1:1 visits with residents. Qualifications and Benefits Requirements: Valid WI CNA license requirement but attainment can be covered by the Care Center. Healthcare experience is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team! Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays. Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant will perform excellent customer service to help residents thrive and assist with personal cares and activities of daily living. Responsibilities also include transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and conducting 1:1 visits with residents.
