Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy. Report changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN. Perform household services essential to health care in the home as assigned. Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned and assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned. Perform simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services, e.g. range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned. What we’re looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. Must have Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state of agency operation. Must have current BLS Certification. One Year (1) of healthcare experience in healthcare settings such as Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term Care.
Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide hands-on personal care and assist patients with daily living activities in their homes. They are responsible for documenting patient visits and reporting any changes in health status to the Registered Nurse.
