We are currently hiring a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to join our Nursing team on the Evening Shift (2:30pm–10:30pm). Key Responsibilities Include • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Providing safe transfers using gait belts and mechanical lifts • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition and behavior • Assisting with meals, nourishments, and hydration • Performing range of motion (PROM) exercises per care plans • Responding promptly to call lights and resident needs • Following infection control and safety procedures • Maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents • Documenting care and observations accurately • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams • Participating in shift reports and team huddles • Mentoring and supporting new team members as needed • Contributing to a positive, person-centered work culture What We’re Looking For • Registered Nursing Assistant listed on the Minnesota Registry • Ability to speak, read, and write in English • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to resident dignity, rights, and compassionate care Preferred Qualifications • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care If you’re looking for an evening role where your work is valued and your impact is felt every day, we’d love to connect.
