Position Summary As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You’ll assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment. Responsibilities Provide direct resident care within CNA scope and training. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse. Support residents’ rights and respond to their needs with empathy and professionalism. Maintain a clean, safe environment and equipment. Document care using electronic health records. Attend required in-service trainings and meetings. Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with residents, families, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Completion of a state-approved CNA training program. Active CNA certification in the State of Wyoming. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for documentation.
