The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA is an essential nursing team member who provides residents with daily nursing care in accordance with the residents’ assessment and Plan of Care. Requirements Must be active and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry Ability and willingness to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, staff, supervisors, residents and their families Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
