About Futurelink
At Futurelink, we focus on the intersection of human intelligence and artificial intelligence to create meaningful change. We believe care, compassion, and innovation go hand in hand. This role is unlike a traditional CNA position: it begins with providing dedicated in-home support for a stroke survivor and evolves into a unique career pathway in business operations, technology, and executive support.
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and ambitious Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In the short term, this position involves hands-on caregiving, including personal care, patient transfers, therapy support, and daily living assistance.
In the long term, the role is designed to grow into a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant position, with training and mentorship in business operations, technology tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, AI-powered systems), and opportunities to support projects at the forefront of artificial intelligence and human development.
This is an ideal opportunity for a CNA with a medical foundation who also aspires to expand into administrative, technology, and business career paths.
