POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable LPN or CNA who is also comfortable performing Home Health Aide (HHA) duties. This is a temporary 60-day contract position, ideal for someone passionate about patient care and eager to make a positive impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid LPN or CNA license (required)
  • Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Ability to perform HHA-level duties
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing and personal care to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, etc.)
  • Administer medications (for LPNs, as permitted by scope of practice)
  • Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and client progress
  • Support clients with light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship as needed
  • Follow care plans and communicate any changes to the supervising nurse/administrator
