Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
