Our residents do NOT require skilled care, therefore your CNA job is a little different here: What You’ll Do: At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), CNAs play a big role in helping our “residents” feel safe, supported, and on track with their psychological rehab and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit behavioral health team that truly cares and works together every day.
