We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time CNA's! Job Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA) to join our team. This role supports patients with respiratory needs by coordinating DME equipment setup, assisting with patient education, ensuring compliance with orders, and providing outstanding customer service. The CNA will work closely with Respiratory Therapists, clinicians, and patients to improve quality of care and overall respiratory health outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities * Assist patients in understanding the use and care of respiratory equipment such as oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, nebulizers, and suction units. * Provide demonstrations and reinforce education on proper equipment operation, cleaning, and safety. * Monitor and document patient comfort, concerns, and compliance with respiratory equipment. Perform and assist patients with the following equipment/therapy: * 3B * Luna G3 Autopap * Luna G3 Bpap Auto * Mask fitting * Oxygen concentrators and regulators * Philips and ResMed CPAP * Philips Respironics BiPAP * ResMed VPAP * Monitor physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs as indicated. * Work closely with Respiratory Therapists and the Clinical Director on patient care. * Coordinate with the Customer Success team on scheduling patient visits and equipment set-up. * Ability to develop good working relationships with the patients and their families. * Follow proper company policies and procedures and ensure timely documentation. * Participate in ongoing education and training sessions regarding respiratory patient care. * Participate in the on-call rotation as needed. Basic Qualifications * Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future * Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years * Graduate of an accredited CNA program and am currently licensed and in good standing. * At least 2 years of CNA experience is preferred. * Experience with respiratory equipment is preferred. * Efficient skills utilizing a PC/Ipad/Softwares for email, documentation, notes etc. Required Skills * Must possess good people skills and good teaching skills and able to follow up * Must be detail oriented * Must possess great organizational skills * Ability to work independently * Experience in an Electronic Health Record system, IPAD, Notability, PDF Merger & MS Office * Must be able to use GPS, copier & facsimile * Must be able to use all Respiratory DME equipment Competencies * Communication Skills * Dependability * Ethics * Organizational Skills * Technical Skills * Customer Service * Result Driven Work Environment & Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the CNA to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
