REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Prior experience with sit-to-stand and Hoyer lifts
• Dependable and punctual with strong interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a federal caregiving background check and provide professional references

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in condition
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship as needed
• Maintain a respectful, compassionate, and professional relationship with clients and families
• Chart daily
