Job Types: Weekend Float, and PRN Pay: Starting from $17.00 increases with experience plus Shift Differential for 2nd shift $3.00 and 3rd shift $1.50 Responsibilities: Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care. Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them. Laundry and light housekeeping tasks. Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned Qualifications: Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents. Responsibilities
