Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and toileting
Assist residents during meals and encourage independence when possible
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional health
Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote socialization and well-being
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
