Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for resident care and strive to providing high-quality services. Duties Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living) and personal care; including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, meal assistance Monitor/Record/Report Vital signs Support residents in Assisted Living and specialized units such as Memory Care Assists with healthcare procedures as necessary within state regulations Utilize electronic medical record efficiently and properly Communicate appropriately with residents, resident families, and staff member Maintain a clean and safe working environment Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents Benefits Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN positions available 8 Hour Shifts Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Weekly accrued PTO Disability Insurance Requirements Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant in the state for which you are applying Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or caregiving, is preferred, not required Ability to provide compassionate care Current CPR/First Aide certification preferred *if not certified, willing to obtain through the company Ability to commute to Greenfield, IN 46140 Physical Requirements: Job may require sitting, standing, and walking regularly Lift/move 50+ lbs.
