Key Responsibilities: * Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming. * Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. * Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans. Qualifications: * Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State. * Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours). * Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. * Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.
