We are seeking highly qualified, part- and full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who also hold an active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification. Both certifications are required to join our team and deliver excellent care for our residents. The ideal candidates will have senior living experience (e.g., long-term care, assisted living, memory support) and a passion for working with an elderly population. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications in accordance with Virginia state guidelines and physician orders (RMA role) Accurately complete Medication Administration Records (MAR) and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions Deliver personalized care in alignment with resident care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and changes in condition Ensure safe transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment Maintain a safe, restraint-free environment and implement fall prevention strategies Document care provided and communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team **Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates** Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) AND Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certifications in the Commonwealth of Virginia – REQUIRED Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; long-term care or senior living preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification required Knowledge of medication administration, medical terminology, and medical records/documentation (MAR experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate documentation Demonstrated compassion and commitment to working with elderly and/or disabled individuals Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident mobility, including standing, walking, bending, and transferring Comprehensive benefit package includes: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Time Off + Six Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employer Paid - Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Employer Paid - Short-term and Long-term Insurance 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan w/ Employer Contribution College Tuition Reimbursement Employer Paid - Certification Training Legal Resources & Identity Protection Plan *Benefit offerings vary according to employment status.
