Description The Staffing Manager/Lead CNA will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from posting and pre-screening to interviewing and hiring. The role includes conducting new employee orientation and completing essential onboarding tasks for CNAs. This role is also key to effective employee relations and retention strategies, ensuring staff are happily and successfully employed. Schedule: Full-Time, Weekends, Weekdays, On-Call, 6am to 2pm Key Responsibilities (Job Duties) Recruitment and Staffing: Successfully execute full-cycle recruiting for all CNAs Goal Achievement: Meet retention goals and decrease/eliminate Agency usage Training & Onboarding: Lead Employee Training and Orientation Presentations, ensuring all new staff are professionally prepared to perform all required duties. Employee Relations Management: Assist in the daily management of basic CNA functions and employee relations. Create and manage Nursing Staff schedule, make daily assignments following Paylocity schedule. Policy Administration: Effectively manage, coordinate, and administer Advanced Healthcare CNA employee relations policies and objectives, maintaining positive employer/employee relations. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Clinical Team to prioritize staffing needs and ensure successful, timely, and seamless onboarding of employees. Program Development: Recommend and manage employee initiatives/programs designed to increase human capital, promote company culture, retain key talent, and boost employee satisfaction. System Proficiency: Maintain proficiency in company software and systems to effectively recruit, onboard, train, and manage personnel. Follow up with all shifts to ensure CNA tasks are completed in a satisfactory manner. Complete audits and performance reviews, education, and staff development tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing Teamwork: Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve daily business objectives. Requirements Job Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a degree or certification in healthcare administration or nursing. 3+ years of experience working as a CNA or in a healthcare staffing role. At least 1 year of experience in managing. CPR/BLS required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of staffing regulations and requirements. Proficiency in using staffing software and other relevant technology. The ability to work flexible hours and respond to staffing emergencies. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and standing while managing staffing operations. Dexterity and coordination to handle paperwork, use computer systems, and operate office equipment. The ability to lift, transfer, and position patients when necessary, following proper body mechanics and safe lifting techniques. Stamina to handle extended shifts and respond to staffing emergencies. Visual acuity to read and interpret staffing schedules, reports, and other documents.
