Job Summary We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care Assisted Living and Memory Care. We're looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various shifts. We are looking to fill our Part-time and Per Diem positions.  Duties * Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents. * Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor. * Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team. * Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs. * Maintain a hygienic environment. * Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors. * Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed. * Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents. Skills * CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing. * A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional. * Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous. * Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.
