POSITION SUMMARY As a Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being. Your support will play a vital role in helping residents adapt and thrive in a safe, caring environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide compassionate, resident-centered care. * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility. * Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. * Encourage residents to maintain independence whenever possible. * Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations. * Create positive interactions that enhance residents' quality of life.
