We are seeking full-time CNAs for afternoon shift, 1:45pm-10:15pm, to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers. Could possibly include every other weekend off. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded. Requirements: *Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with the laws of the state. (If not certified, ask us how to go about getting certified) *Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. *Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. *Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. *Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to nursing home residents while maintaining dignity and respect. Communicate resident conditions effectively to nurses and supervisors.
