Description Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team in our inpatient unit. As a CNA in our inpatient unit, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, ensuring a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment for our patients. This position is ideal for a compassionate individual who finds fulfillment in end-of-life care. . Requirements Must have a current and clear CNA license in the state of Colorado At least 1 year experience as a CNA. Home Health or Hospice experience preferred Must have a clear and valid Colorado Drivers License Ability to work independently and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to comply with annual influenza vaccination policy
