Position Overview: As a PRN Hospice/Home Health CNA, you will provide hands-on care, comfort, and emotional support to patients and their families in home and residential settings. This per request needed role offers scheduling flexibility based on patient and organizational needs. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver personalized, compassionate care. Valid non-restricted Drivers License Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to make a difference. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward patients and families. Prior experience in hospice care is preferred but not required.
