    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Fayetteville, AR 72703 Pay & Incentives Pay: Starting at $16.82 per hour and based on experience may be higher Shift Differentials: * Evening Shift: $1.50 per hour * Night Shift: $2.00 per hour * Weekend Shift: $1.50 per hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $600.00 for full-time CNAs * Paid in installments after successful completion of introductory employment periods Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing center at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR.  We are looking for full-time, part-time and PRN.  In this vital role, you will deliver non-skilled nursing care to our assigned residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your efforts will help promote a safe and nurturing environment that supports the health and happiness of those in your care.   Essential Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating * Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning * Take and record vital signs as assigned * Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nurse * Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests * Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents * Follow infection control and safety procedures * Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion Qualifications * Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Arkansas * In good standing with the Arkansas Nurse Aide Registry * High school diploma or GED preferred * Long-term care experience preferred but not required Benefits (Full-Time) * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term disability, Life * Paid Time Off * Retirement Plan * Employee Referral Bonus Program
