Job Summary: We are seeking a clinically focused and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support field-based patient care services. This role involves performing delegated clinical tasks, specimen collection, patient measurements for therapeutic garments, and other supportive clinical duties in accordance with established protocols. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment within scope, attention to detail, and professionalism while providing care in patient homes. This is a field-based position. Candidates must reside in or near the Austin area and be willing to travel locally to patient residences. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-home clinical support services under established policies and procedures Obtain accurate body measurements for prescribed medical or therapeutic garments Collect clinical specimens (including swabs) following infection control and safety protocols Assist patients with basic care needs within CNA scope of practice Observe, report, and document patient conditions and clinical findings as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic systems Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and patient privacy standards at all times Communicate effectively with nurses, providers, and administrative staff to support continuity of care Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of clinical supplies and specimens Qualifications: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Experience in home health, mobile healthcare, or clinical field roles preferred Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
