ZARAB Healthcare is an in-home care agency taking care of elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their home.
We are seeking for an experienced compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Caregiver must be 35 years old and up. The CNA will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and supportive environment for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [state].
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, or assist patients as needed (up to [specific weight] pounds).
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Support patients with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly patient environment.
• Report any changes in patients’ physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse promptly.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist with medical procedures as directed by nursing staff.
• Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility standards and policies.
