Description Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL is seeking CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs) to work the following 8 hour shifts: Full-time and Part-Time on Days (7a-3p), requires you work every other weekend both days Part-time on Evenings (3p-11p), requires you work every other weekend; shift differential applies Every Other Weekend Only (both days) on Evenings. Shift Differential applies. Please note, we do not offer alternatives to the specific shift times. Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED Must have at least 2 years experience as a CNA and be 18 years of age Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption High school diploma or G.E.D. Responsibilities

Provide quality healthcare services to residents in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing community. Perform duties in accordance with JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations.
