JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking, exercising
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Possible transportation to doctor’s appointments, shopping, etc.
• Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Licensed CNA Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled
• A reliable car and insured
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• CNA must be energetic and able to work a 12-hour shift
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Proficient in dementia care
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a cell phone.
