JOB SUMMARY

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you help patients under a nurse or manager’s supervision. Your duties support patient care and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent
• EXPERIENCE - Less than (1) one year of experience

• Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the safety and comfort of patients. This includes aiding with mobility and transfers.
• You will assist in enforcing patient cleanliness and help with their personal hygiene under set procedures.
• Part of your role will include aiding with proper dietary intake for patients, documenting consumed meals, and tracking calorie consumption.
• You are expected to respond promptly to patient call lights and maintain safety measures at all times.
• You’ll be in charge of administering treatments and recording crucial signs of patients, within the scope of your role.
• Your duties involve maintaining unit equipment, keeping bedside stations tidy, monitoring supplies, and assisting with paperwork on the unit.
