Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to join a great team of professionals? Join our team in Frederick, MD at Frederick Health Hospital. This is a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position; expectation of 2-4 weekend days per month, with one major and one minor holiday requirement.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree from a ACOTE accredited school
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Maryland
• Has one (1) year hospital acute experience or experience in a skilled environment
• Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence

• Deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload
• Meet all clinical, departmental, and regulatory expectations
• Conduct patient and family education
• Participate in a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication
