Full Time- 8:00am-4:00pm with 2 weekend shifts per month required Your Role: As a COTA at BryLin, you will: Address all needs of Therapeutic Assessment. Collect data and make recommendations, including programming/groups. Generate individualized treatment plans for interventions. Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Hold group sessions and develop plans for group programming. Use formal and informal opportunities to engage patients and reinforce treatment goals and interventions. Recommend individualized patient programming, such as art, music, and yoga, where appropriate. As a Recreational Therapist OR COTA at BryLin Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting therapeutic assessments and collecting data to inform individualized treatment plans. Developing and implementing recreational therapy interventions to address the unique needs of each patient. Participating actively in multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic care. Leading group sessions and designing group programming to promote therapeutic outcomes. Recommending and incorporating alternative therapies such as art, music, yoga, and more into individualized patient programming. Recreational Therapist Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy from an accredited institution. Certification as a Recreational Therapist.
