Qualifications 1. Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices. 2. Responsibilities

The COTA provides therapy services to clients in their homes under a Plan of Care established by an Occupational Therapist. They operate under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and the licensed Occupational Therapist.
