Providing timely, accurate documentation to meet facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Enhancing your clinical skills and professional development, participating in training sessions and educational opportunities. Reporting any changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Ensuring safe, efficient environments for both residents and staff, contributing to the overall well-being of the facility.
