Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals, including assisting with therapeutic exercises and teaching the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence. Responsibilities also include conducting therapeutic activities, fostering motivation, and accurately documenting patient progress in a timely manner.
