Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises, and teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence. Responsibilities also include conducting therapeutic activities, fostering motivation, and accurately documenting patient progress.
