As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on our team, you’ll support residents in maintaining their independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. Working closely under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide hands-on care that truly makes a difference in daily function and engagement. Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active or eligible for state license. Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
