Description

Schedule: 24 hours/week on weekdays Day shift Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training - Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. * Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or, * Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or, * Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire. * National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Responsibilities

Assesses patient needs and provides direct occupational therapy treatment in consultation with an Occupational Therapist. Coordinates home care and functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team to support elderly patients.
