We provide high-quality care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents in a supportive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist residents in restoring and maintaining functional independence in daily living activities. Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress. Work collaboratively with the therapy and nursing teams to ensure effective, resident-centered care. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies.
