We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to bring energy, compassion, and expertise to our rehab team! As a COTA, you’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on care that makes a real difference. From guiding patients through therapeutic activities to teaching adaptive skills for everyday living, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals overcome physical, emotional, and developmental challenges. What You’ll Do Implement personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT and physician. Assist patients with exercises and activities that promote recovery and independence. Teach patients and families home programs and how to use adaptive equipment. Monitor progress and communicate effectively with the care team. Show up with a positive attitude and commitment to patient success. What We’re Looking For A licensed COTA with strong clinical reasoning and a heart for patient care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. A team player who values compassion and results.
