Develop strong consultative skills by working directly with dealers to address their challenges and find effective solutions. Be provided with all the necessary resources, including a dedicated dealer portfolio, data and analytics tools, and a company car (depending on your initial assignment). Performance Analysis & Consultation: Analyze and communicate performance metrics, consulting with Market Area/Regional personnel to achieve key objectives through organizational meetings and conference calls. Participate in and support various business growth dealer meetings (e.g., Dealer Advertising Associations, Grass Roots, Dealer Council Meetings). Support annual business planning with CPWDs and channel partners. Support RIM, CollisionLink Conversions and RepairLink Volume. Provide OSR Training and Development. Support Fleet-specific programs such as FFN, NFPP, Powertrain Private Offers, and Ford Fleet Care. Established and active employee resource groups Minimum A business-related bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional aftermarket parts experience and traveling in a sales role High School Diploma with 5+ years of professional experience in aftermarket parts and traveling in a sales field role. Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate, both now and in the future Travel Commitment: (up to 3+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed) Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license Parts & Service Experience: Field Parts Sales experience Strong Dealer Fixed Operations acumen Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate internally with peers and externally with Dealership Partners Understanding Ford Channel complexities and working within them for success Enthusiasm for and significant interest in the automotive industry Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a unified organizational structure (ONE Ford) Demonstrated ability to contribute diverse viewpoints and approaches to problem-solving Proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions
