As the exclusive personal training partner of JamFit Energy Studio, StaySharpe provides customized, results-driven 1-on-1 , 2-on-1 and small group coaching that blends expert technique with deep accountability.
With locations inside JamFit’s Manotick and new Kanata studio, we’re expanding our elite team and looking for passionate, certified Fitness Trainers ready to bring movement back to its most powerful form, no gimmicks, just results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CanFitPro, NASM, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent).
  • Strong foundation in calisthenics, bodyweight training, or functional movement required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
  • 1+ years of training experience.
  • Confident coaching a range of clients, from beginners to athletes to older adults.
  • Motivating presence, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities

As a StaySharpe Fitness Trainer, you’ll deliver personalized training rooted in functional fitness, calisthenics, and bodyweight performance while also tailoring programs to each client’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Your energy, expertise, and professionalism will help our clients move better, feel stronger, and stay sharp for life.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial consultations, movement assessments, and client goal-setting.
  • Design and deliver 1-on-1 training programs focused on bodyweight strength, mobility, endurance, and skill development.
  • Coach clients in proper technique, form, and breathing across various modalities including calisthenics, resistance, and conditioning.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming accordingly.
  • Educate clients on sustainable training, recovery, and healthy habits.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a clean, organized training space.
  • Collaborate with the JamFit team for scheduling, client support, and studio coordination.
