About the role This position, based at Esatto Pharma in Queen Creek, is focused on providing excellent customer service to our patients and providers in a retail pharmacy setting. This role requires diligence, attention to detail, superior organization skills and a desire to delight our patients in every interaction while working in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers in person and by phone. Leverage pharmacy management software for efficient entry of prescription information and to provide updates to patients. Fill prescriptions and prepare for pick up or shipment. Effectively process prescription orders to quickly get the right medication to the right patient at the right time. Process medication orders through point of sale system. Participate in regular audits and inspections. Participate in any department meeting and quality improvement activities. Complete appropriate documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports in a timely manner. Qualifications Full Time: 40 hours per week High School degree or equivalent Certified pharmacy technician in the state of Arizona or working toward certification Must be authorized to work in the United States Willing to undergo a background check and drug testing in advance of employment Must be capable of donning the appropriate personal protective equipment as required per procedure and medication handled. Complete 2 hours of continuous education related to remote pharmacy dispensing/telepharmacy The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
