Description
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Physical Therapist who can provide comprehensive treatment programs and contribute to fostering a supportive, open, and trust-based environment for both patients and colleagues. This position offers the opportunity to work in a thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic that emphasizes evidence-based practices, manual therapy techniques, and functional interventions. Core responsibilities include:  * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic conditions * Utilize evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes * Provide functional interventions that promote patient mobility and improve quality of life * Collaborate with a team of therapists to share knowledge, improve skills, and deliver the best patient care * Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process * Maintain accurate timely patient documentation and progress notes * Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic by supporting a positive and open workplace culture * Handle and transport medical equipment and supplies, requiring lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. * Ability to bend and squat to assist patients and access supplies * Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks * Other duties as assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program * Active NJ Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure * New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply * Strong clinical knowledge with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment * Ability to interact with patients of various backgrounds * Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Passionate about providing exceptional care and working with patients to achieve their goals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
