This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant educational program Current Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA license within the state of practice Minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapist Assistant experience; previous home care experience preferred Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
