Pilates Haus is a boutique Pilates studio in Pickering dedicated to strength, balance, and energy. We specialize in reformer classes that provide a welcoming, supportive, and empowering experience for all levels.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Pilates techniques and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment for participants of all levels, ensuring they feel motivated and supported throughout their fitness journey.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is preferred
• Pilates Reformer Certification (required)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability in teaching group classes with an emphasis on customer service and client engagement.
• Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and execute classes while accommodating client needs.

• Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, adapting sessions to meet varying skill levels.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize benefits and minimize the risk of injury.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and progression.
• Offer personalized feedback and modifications to enhance each participant’s experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, goals, and any concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with studio to develop new class offerings and enhance the overall client experience.
• Be active on social media by promoting classes, sharing wellness tips, and engaging with the Pilates Haus community online
