We’re currently seeking a full-time CPC/PCT with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a heart for helping others. This role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Applicants must also be willing to travel as needed.

CPC/PCT Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of drugalcohol testing and physicals
• Take after-hours and on-site calls as needed
• Conduct DNA and observed collections
• Explain the full testing process, especially 49CFR40
• Testify in court if necessary
• Communicate with clients via phone and email
• Implement drug tests at alternate collection sites
• Maintain and file records accurately
• Prepare and ship specimens
• Assist with physicals and patient vitals
• Perform PCT procedures
• Keep restrooms, testing areas, and cabinets clean and stocked
• Track supply needs and report to Department Manager
• Maintain a log for every client

Customer Service Duties:

• Answer all client calls and manage the log book
