Aspire Wealth Management is an established and rapidly growing firm with offices in Overland Park, Gladstone, and by 2026 tax season, Independence. We are seeking a CPA to be based out of the Gladstone office and service clients in all locations. In addition to the tax arm, we provide high-level investment management and comprehensive financial planning services.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and experienced CPA /Payroll Specialist, possessing a strong background in various accounting functions and excellent analytical skills. Looking for a candidate to take leadership and organize the department.
The tax arm of the firm completes tax returns, while also providing bookkeeping/accounting/payroll services to individuals and businesses.
This individual should have significant expertise in accounting, specifically as it relates to bookkeeping, accounting, and the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts.

• Minimum of five (5) years of Accounting/Tax-related work experience in public accounting
• QuickBooks Desktop, accounting software
• Excel
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks
• Manage accounts payable processes
• Handle bank reconciliations
• Execute account reconciliation procedures
• Analyze, recommend, and execute solutions to problems and processes
• Adapt to a changing environment
