Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Setting – Provide anesthesia care in a high-quality, efficient outpatient environment. Solo Provider Role – May function as the sole anesthesia provider during procedures. 1099 Independent Contractor – Flexible schedule and competitive compensation structure. About Us National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) is one of the largest pain management practices in the United States, recognized for clinical excellence, innovative treatments, and long-term patient outcomes. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced CRNA to join our team and support our expanding sedation program in Lady Lake, providing anesthesia coverage across several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). Working alongside world-renowned physicians, our CRNAs deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia and pain care services to patients before, during, and after a variety of pain management procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform and document pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations. Review laboratory and diagnostic studies. Obtain informed consent for anesthesia and related services. Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans. Select, prepare, and administer anesthetic agents, adjuvant drugs, fluids, and blood products. Manage all aspects of airway management, including fiberoptic intubation. Monitor and maintain patient stability during procedures, emergence, and recovery. Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and discharge from the recovery unit. Implement acute and chronic pain management modalities. Respond to emergencies with airway management, emergency drug/fluid administration, and ACLS techniques. Maintain continuing education, credentials, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications Current state RN license and CRNA certification/recertification. Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. ASC experience strongly preferred. Current competency in all clinical anesthesia responsibilities. Ability to work independently as a solo provider in an outpatient environment. Eligible for malpractice coverage at required limits. Proficiency in EMR systems and willingness to learn new software tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Successful completion of background check (criminal, employment, education, etc.). Responsibilities
