Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our surgical team. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. Responsibilities: * Administer anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures in an ambulatory setting. * Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans. * Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related emergencies. * Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. * Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications * Current Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) License with CRNA certification. * Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. * BLS and ACLS certification required. * Minimum three (3) years of anesthesia experience preferred (ambulatory surgery experience a plus). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities
