Qualifications Required Education: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree Must maintain current Arkansas license to practice as an RN Hold a Masters degree in Nurse Anesthesia Maintain a CRNA certification with the NBCRNA Must maintain current CPR Certification Experience/Skills/Other Requirements Required: Minimum of 2 years experience as a CRNA Maintain a professional manner in stressful situations Strong verbal communication skills in order to converse clearly and professionally with patients and staff Desired: At least one year of experience in an eye care clinic At least one year of experience with electronic health records
