Requirements Active, Unrestricted Medical License — Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in Montana, any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Board Certification/Eligibility — Must be Board Certified*NBCRNA Certifications —Must have current certifications in: Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Citizenship —Must be a U.S. citizen living primarily within the United States. Experience —A minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical experience is required. Federal Security Clearance — Must be willing and able to complete and pass the federal security clearance process.
